At Diagnostic Nanotools, we design and optimize new tools and assays that could betruly applicable to the diagnostics field. We work mainly in three research fields, which are in fact interconnected. On the one hand, the production of classical electrochemical biosensors, in which an electrode is modified with bioreceptorsin order to accomplish specific detection of the analyte of interest. Second, the optimization of electrochemical magneto-biosensors, where the test is done on magnetic particles. Finally, the implementation of nanostructures, nanomaterials, and nanocomponents for production of improved transducers and as signal amplifiers for the development of faster and more sensitive biosensors.
